The waste industry does not have set prices for any service; we are ready to assist you in negotiating a better price.
DON'T be pressured into signing any paperwork on the spot.
Salespeople need to make quotas, so they are not always working in your best interest, it's not all salespeople but it's always salespeople.
DON'T sign any paperwork until you've spoken to us.
Every Contract has different terms and conditions; we can help you understand those T & C's and make sure you know what you're up for.
DON'T accept any verbal terms that are not written in your contract.
Many salespeople will agree to your needs verbally but if that's not in your contract the company will most likely not honour it, good intentions are not written into a contract.

DO read every line of the Terms and Conditions of any agreement.

Make sure any contact with your waste company is by email and not just a phone call, you may need evidence of your conversation at a later date.
DO record any service request or cancellations.
